Below are the terms and conditions of use between you and ProXScripts.com which you must agree before using our products. We reserve the right to periodically revise the terms of this agreement by changing, modifying, adding or removing information from this page anytime.
You must be at least 18 years old to access this website or to purchase products or services from us. We do not direct this website to minors, nor do we knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of thirteen.
Payments & Refunds :
You will need to make 100% advanced payment for any kind of work.
All payments to us are non-refundable. Before purchase, you can ask us any queries or request for a demo. After purchase, we will not make any refunds.
If anyone claims for a refund through PayPal, Payza or any other payment processor, we will terminate his or her account and all the active services without any prior notice.
In case if your payment is cancelled or reversed by any payment processor or if we receive any fraudulent funds, then it will be your (Client's) responsibility to make the payment again otherwise your services will be cancelled without any notice.
If any kind of outstanding payment is not cleared by a client, then we have full rights to cancel his/her script license, revert all the work and not provide support to him/her.
Our products are for Single domain(TLD) license only. If you wish to run them on multiple domains, you must purchase additional licenses for each domain.
Our products are protected with encoding which must not be edited or decoded.
If you remove the Powered by notice at the footer of your site, we may cancel your licence and delete your account unless you have purchased branding free addon.
Once you have entered the domain name for a newly purchased licence, you have only 72 hours to change the domain if needed. After that we will not allow you to change domain name in any circumstances.
All copyright notices used within the scripts must remain intact.
If any client spreads negativity about us without evidence on the internet, word of mouth or anywhere else, then we have the right to cancel the client's script license and support without any notice. If any client has a problem, they should discuss with us and not spread any negativity about us. If any client found to be spreading negativity, rumors etc. about us anywhere, then we will cancel their script license and support without any intimation.
Payment Dispute/Claims :
Maksa Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a company having different divisions offering different services. If any client opens a claim/dispute against any of our services or websites, then we can halt/cancel your service in any of the divisions. We can also terminate any service of clients from any of the divisions/websites if payment is due without any further intimation.
Hosting Requirements :
Our hosting requirements are mentioned on the following link under the Hosting Recommendation section :
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that his/her server is compatible with our hosting requirements. In case if the hosting requirements are incompatible and there are issues due to this, then it will not be our responsibility for any delays whatsoever.
Order Process :
The purchase process of our scripts is quite simple and straightforward. Here are the steps :
Place an order for our ProXCore script on the order page.
Complete the payment.
Once payment is received, our verification team will check whether your domain is valid or not. Your order will be approved the next working day after our verification team verifies your domain.
If your domain is found to be invalid, then your order will not be approved. It is mandatory that your domain name should be registered.
Once we approve your order after verification, you can download the script anytime from the downloads area and install that to your website.
We provide 1-time free script installation. You need to pay extra for further installations, if any.
Free Hosting :
If you want to avail free .com domain and free one month DDoS Protected hosting offer that we are offering with the purchase of our ProXCore Script, then you need to follow the following procedure :
- Register an account with ZamaHost. You can register your account with ZamaHost from the following link:
- Provide the domain name you wish to register and provide us your ZamaHost email address.
- We will setup the hosting and add the domain for you.
The free hosting offered will be a basic package and the client can upgrade to a higher package as per his requirements.
If you already have a domain and hosting, you need to provide us your cPanel login details so that we can install the script once your order is approved.
- Technical Support: We offer 6 Months technical support only. We will provide support related to our script only. We have the right to change the duration of support anytime. We offer support only on cPanel based Linux Servers (Paid for others). Please do not embarrass us by asking for special requests or favours like "please do this for one time, I won't ask this for second time", "I don't have money, so please do this for me", "Please do this for free", "I am your old customer, please do this for free" etc.
- Language: We request you to use proper English while submitting tickets, so that we can understand your queries or requirements. Kindly note that we will not entertain any abusive or threatening language from anyone. We request you to kindly do not use any abusive or threatening language in your tickets, otherwise we will block your account and cancel your script license as well.
- Ticket Submission: Please do not open multiple tickets. Support would be delayed if you keep replying impatiently without waiting for the answer and will decrease the response time. We may delete any extra tickets in that case. Support is provided on a "first come first serve" basis. So, it is not necessary that you will receive instant replies (like chat).
For Example, if Mr. A just submitted a ticket and after that Mr. B submits a ticket. So, Mr. A is first in the queue and his ticket will be checked first and will get a reply first. However, if Mr. A updates his ticket before our team checks the ticket, then Mr. A's ticket will go last in the queue. It means that Mr. A will have to wait for his ticket to be checked until all tickets before him are checked.
- Support Timings:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time)
Saturday: 10:00 AM To 04:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time)
Support services would not be available on Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Support services would be available during support hours only. Support would be provided only through ticket system only and not through Skype, Telephone, Social Media etc. Skype, Telephone and Social Media support are available ONLY for Pre-Sales inquiries.
- Response Time: We are always trying to reply to your tickets on the same working day, but we do not provide any kind of guarantee that we will provide support on the same working day itself. Response time totally depends on our work load, staff availability and ticket complexity. Sometimes, it may also happen that we receive tickets that are complex, so obviously they will take more time for solving and reply for such tickets may not be possible on the same working day.
- Support for Older Products: If you purchase any of our old products which are not currently sold on our website, then you will get only basic support for the same and will not include any extra support.
- Bugs: If any bug is found in our script, then we try 100% to cover/solve it but there is no guarantee on the time frame when it will be solved. We try our best to solve it as soon as we can but sometimes it cannot be done in a short period of time.
- Codes Edited/Changed by Third Party: If codes are changed or edited by any third party, then we have the right to refuse to provide support for the same.
- Hosting Requirements: It is the sole responsibility of the client to fulfil hosting requirements before in order to run our software on your website properly. We will not be able to provide technical support on script related queries/issues if hosting requirements are not fulfilled. Please find our hosting requirements on the following link:
- cPanel/Admin Panel Details: You will have to provide your cPanel/Admin Panel details to the support team if required.
- One time script installation, one-time pay plan setup, one-time payment processor setup, free server/hosting requirement check, technical support, suggestions are included in support.
Note : For one-time payment processor setup - (only 3 payment processors will be included in one-time payment processor setup. For any extra payment processors setup, the charge would at $15/hour.)
- Support would be provided only on the script code and default templates that come with the script.
What's Not Included
Please note that the following are not included in our Regular Support. However, they can be done via Paid Support at an additional cost.
- Design related changes: We will not entertain any design related changes, for example Changing Logo, Changing Text etc.
- Server Migration: We will not do any kind of server migration.
- Third Party Communication: We will not communicate with any third party on your behalf, for example, requests such as "please chat with my hosting company", "please chat with my designer", "please provide support to my designer" etc. will not be entertained UNLESS your are a client of ZamaHost.com or CheapMiniSite.com
- Database reset requests: Any database reset requests will be paid as we do not offer database reset requests for free.
- Free Script Installation: We offer one time free script installation on cPanel based Linux Servers only. We will not provide free script installation on any other type of servers. Free Installation will be completed in 1 to 2 working days depending on our work load and provided that our script requirements are met. There may be delay in script installation if our work load is more at that point of time. Due to any circumstances, if client requests for script installation from second time onwards, then it would be paid. Moreover, client needs to make sure that all our script requirements are met before script installation as per the below link: https://www.proxscripts.com/docs/Script_Requirements
If there are delays in fulfilling our script requirements, then we will not be held responsible for the same.
- Pay Plan Setup: Pay Plan/Advertisement Plan Setup would be free for first time only. It would be paid from second time onwards.
- Payment Processor Setup: We will offer Payment Processor Setup for one time only. It would be paid from second time onwards. For payment processor setup or to solve issues related to payment processors, you are required to furnish all your payment processor details. Clients need to make sure that there is no country restriction on their payment processor/s as we are based in India and we will be accessing your server from India.
Script Customization Policy :
Additional Cost for Customization
If a person requires any of our scripts to be customized, then additional charges will be applicable.
Minimum cost for customization work is $20 and can go up to anything depending on the amount of time it takes us to code.
If the amount of a customized script/work/order is equal to or above $200, then :
- You will be required to pay a token amount of $100 in order to book your order.
- After we receive the token amount, we will provide you the time when we will start work depending on our ongoing work at that time.
You will also be required to pay 50% ($100 token amount subtracted from 50%) of the total amount of the customized script/work upfront before we start your work and the remaining 50% is to be paid after we give you the demo of the completed work.
- After the entire payment is cleared 100%, then only we will apply the customized script/work to your script.
If the amount for any customized work/order is below $200, then you will need to make the entire payment first and then only your work will begin.
Payment has to be made from the "Online Payment" page under the "Account Menu".
The rates for customization are charged on an hourly basis and the cost of a customized script may go beyond the script price.
For customized scripts, we will provide you a 100% encoded code and not an open code and it will be for a single license only. We will not provide the code in any circumstances whatsoever.
We will offer support for 6 months on customized scripts and script updates will not be available on customized scripts.
The ownership rights of your customized script/work/order will remain with us and if we receive a customization inquiry/requirement similar/same to your customized work, then the decision to provide/re-sell that code will be solely ours. If you make a customization for your script from us and if another client requires the same customization script/work/feature, then we will charge him/her a minimum 50% of your price. The aim to charge minimum 50% is to not make the code common and provide it to serious clients only. Moreover, if we find your customized work/script useful for us, then we may update it in the next release of our script.
The ultimate decision to accept or reject customization requests/orders from customers is 100% ours. We reserve all rights whether accept or reject any customization requests/orders. There are a number of reasons why we may not be able to accept customization requests/orders. It could be because we are busy, maybe some customization requests/orders are not viable, maybe we have prior contracts of customizations etc. In case, if we are unable to accept a customization request/orders, then no customer has right to blame us. Also, we will complete the customization requests/orders according to our time and not according to the customer's time because it depends on our workload.
If any customer wants customization, then he or she must make a Sales inquiry by opening a ticket at proxscripts.com regarding the same before purchasing the script. Our team will inform whether it is viable or not. After purchase of script, if any customer requests/orders for customization and if it is not viable for us, then we will not accept any blames/claims for the same as script is non-refundable.
If you require any clarification, you need ask us or clear all doubts before the project starts.
We reserve right to cancel any account or license on violation of terms.
Accounts & Affiliates:
Affiliates are prohibited to have more than one affiliate account. And Affiliate cannot sell product to himself.
If verification team suspects this, Affiliate may be asked to provide identity proofs to be able to receive commission.
Do not use Proxies while registering or logging into the site. Affiliate commission will be cancelled if Proxy IPs are found.
Commission will be paid within 15 working days of withdrawal request from the Affiliate.
We do not tolerate spam policy and condone unsolicited messages, notifications or alerts or any messages that you may receive from someone who should not have your email. We will terminate your account immediately if you send spam. Email spam, also known as junk email or unsolicited bulk email (ube), is a subset of electronic spam involving nearly identical messages sent to numerous recipients with whom you do not have a business relationship or have not requested (opted-in to) your mailing.
Violation of Law:
You will not violate any laws, third party rights, or this Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, posting any material or content that is defamatory, harassing, belongs to someone else, is obscene or pornographic. You will not provide false or misleading information to us. Consent to Use Information When you communicate with us, send us information, or provide content to us or our website, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub licensable right to exercise all copyright and publicity rights you have in the content, in any manner whatsoever, in any media now known or which may be created in the future, including in other works and forms not associated with this website. No Waiver of Rights Our failure to enforce any rights granted in this Agreement or to take action against any other party in the event of any breach shall not be deemed a waiver by us as to subsequent enforcement of rights or subsequent actions in the event of future breaches.
Our cumulative liability to you or anyone else for any loss or damages resulting from any claims, demands, or actions arising out of or relating to this Agreement or use of the content or website shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the product or service. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages or lost profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. You agree that the foregoing constitutes your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of this Agreement.
ProXScripts.Com accept no responsibility or liability for breaches of country laws or any other related regulations.
We have made every effort to accurately represent our product(s) and their earning potential. We have 100% made our product(s) in such a way that clients can benefit from it/them. But, we do not offer any kind of guarantee on any kind of earnings and also that clients will make money with our script(s). Making money from our product (s) completely depends on the capability of the client. The results may vary and will be based on your individual capacity, business experience and expertise. The success of each individual depends entirely on his or her capability, background, dedication, desire and motivation.
